Customers can own multiple active products at the same time. Annual licenses renew yearly. Lifetime licenses are one-time license products. Bundle quotes credit all eligible owned licenses in the wallet.

Customer upgrades now use stored license value. The server calculates the difference before payment so customers do not pay twice.

Issue Customer Slots

Each successful issue consumes one paid bulk slot. HHTwin KKL issuance requires the original customer HWID Save-to-file artifact; its durable backup is recorded before the license is created.

Changes After Issue

Reseller-issued customers use the same HWID-change rule as normal orders: change is acceptable before the installer has been downloaded; after first delivery, the old machine/license must connect online before reissue approval.
