Model and price lists are available inside the HWID tool or through Customer Support. Strict checkout uses the HWID export as source of truth.

  • Buying one brand or several model branches: download the matching brand HWID tool.
  • Buying multiple brands: use the MultiBrand tool or all-products HWID tool.
  • Already issued a license, demo, or update: use the customer download/login area.
  • J2534 Converter only: no HWID export is required for the converter path.

What the HWID export includes

Customer details, HWID, product SKU, brand, selected model/model branch, model ID, model group, price class, license edition, and annual/lifetime term.

Request controlled demo access. Standalone demo files are no longer downloadable; demo access is issued privately only after approval, HWID review, selected scope, and expiry policy checks.

Demo licenses are temporary and can be tied to HWID, selected brand/model scope, and owner approval.

Demo requests stay active. Only standalone demo files are removed from download/staging; customers must request access and wait for approved private delivery.

A HWID and expiry policy is applied on issue so demo access stays controlled and temporary.

Attach or paste your exported HWID file/content. The request is sent to the private dashboard for review.
