K-Diagnostics collects customer and order details needed for licensing, payment verification, support, delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal record keeping. Typical data can include name, email, phone, country, product selection, order reference, HWID, license status, update/download history, and support messages.
Diagnostic logs, screenshots, support packages, and remote-session notes are customer-controlled support data. They are used only to answer support requests, analyze compatibility, prepare updates, or verify a license/order issue. Do not send passwords, private keys, recovery codes, payment-card data, or unrelated personal files through support forms.
How long data is kept
Order, invoice, payment, and license records are kept for the period required for accounting, tax, warranty, fraud prevention, and software-license enforcement. Support files and diagnostic logs are kept only as long as needed for the support case, update preparation, or compatibility history, unless a longer legal or security reason applies.
Server security logs, login/session records, download logs, and abuse-prevention logs may be retained to protect the website, license issuer, downloads, and customer accounts.
Deletion and access requests
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting K-Diagnostics. Some order, payment, security, and license records cannot be deleted immediately where they are required for legal records, fraud prevention, license enforcement, dispute handling, or server security.

Processors and transfers
K-Diagnostics uses hosting, email, payment, analytics/security logging, update delivery, and support-processing providers where needed to operate the service. These providers process data only for the relevant service purpose. Data may be processed outside your country depending on the provider infrastructure and applicable safeguards.
PayPal handles payment processing. K-Diagnostics does not ask customers to send payment-card numbers through support forms.
Cookies and sessions
The website and private/customer portals use necessary cookies or session storage for login, CSRF protection, order access, fraud prevention, analytics, and security. Security and analytics events may be logged with minimized or hashed identifiers where practical.
Assisted support
Customer questions, diagnostic descriptions, fault codes, reports, and support text may be processed by K-Diagnostics support systems and selected service providers to answer support questions, summarize reports, check compatibility, and improve product guidance. Do not include secrets, passwords, private keys, recovery codes, or unrelated personal data in support messages.
